Terms and Conditions

10% GST is included in all quoted pricing.

Collections cannot be altered.

Print credit is a bonus and is not redeemable/deductible for cash value.

All orders and payments must be made at the time of your ordering appointment.

Non-purchased images are deleted for both privacy and storage. 

A minimum purchase of $1500 is required for all sessions.

Any upgrades or non-prepaid orders must be paid in full at your ordering appointment. Post-session payment plans are available through PayRight (subject to approval). The studio does not continue in-house payment plans beyond the ordering appointment.

Fine art albums and wall art take up to 8 weeks to produce. Your order will be shipped directly to you from our supplier (postage fees are included in your purchase)

Our pricing is subject to change without notice. Once your session is booked and/or pre-payment plan is established the price and inclusions in your chosen collection will not change or increase, unless you prefer to switch to the new pricing.

Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
